She is Kashiwazaki Sena from the anime titled "boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai" based on a light novel with the same name, the anime start airing this season, can't remember if it's on october 5th or 6th, anyway is a new anime of this season.

decide to do her because she's hot and i like her design, she reminds me touwa erio from denpa onna to seishun otoko.

wasn't very easy, but the result is good, i like it.
